A task of utmost importance our case managers are to fulfil is to offer a solution for the settlement of debt and to give detailed information to the debtors based whereupon the latter understand the reason for the emergence of the claim. Their willingness to cooperate achieved in this way will lead by a greater probability to the settlement of their debts. Our staff members are selected in a way to meet strict vocational and ethical expectations. We work only with people with excellent competences to carry on discussions by phone or personally and who absolutely meet our high standards. Recruiting and selection of our staff members is carried out in a multi-phase selection process. Those selected participate in a general training introducing them our business branch, then they shall be given specific training. Contracts shall be signed with those only, who achieve a 100% score in the tests of practice and theory. Employment shall be finalized and entered into for an indefinite term during a thorough practical training, therefore, it is important to stress, that the “human factor” has a very high share in our success.

To secure the most efficient work and best achievable quality we check and analyse the activities of our case managers by a complex monitoring system.

Early collection

What is included in this service?
Notices of bills, statements of account, payment reminders by regular mails or mails with return receipt requested or e-mail messages in our or the Client’s name (as agreed).
Who we offer it to?
We offer it to companies that before initiating an explicit execution process want to reduce the amount of their debts long overmature to the minimum volume possible and wish to monitor, and urge and motivate the debtors to pay from the moment of issuing their invoices.
What are the benefits?
Early collection is an excellent tool for filtering late payers and reducing the amount and quantity of debts. In later phases early collection can provide an info-fundament to launching a successful execution procedure.

Soft collection

What is included in this service?
Your will have a collection division without investment or even cost-free in a glance, with a complex infrastructure, well-established procedural rules, experienced and reliable case managers and an outstanding success rate.
Who we offer it to?
We offer it to all ventures and companies where payment delays in excess of 60 day use to happen and who want to collect it without extra costs and risks, still efficiently in a way that the satisfaction of their clients shall not decrease, either. This is not a mission impossible: it can be achieved thanks to the professional communication skills of our case managers.
What are the benefits?
The number of outstanding receivables shall decrease, the clients’ willingness to pay increase and, thereby, the realized sales returns shall increase, too.

Legal collection

What is included in this service?
Issuing masses of or individual payment orders, general representation with full power and authority in actions and proceedings and when the orders are final, the making of new soft steps to avoid execution. If, nonetheless, execution shall take place, then its coordination.
Who we offer it to?
If soft collection brings no result and the debtor is not willing to pay or if our Partner specifically requests, we undertake the Partner’s legal representation. If we represent our partner following soft collection, we can be of considerable help as to in which cases it is worth to enforce the claim in legal proceedings.
What are the benefits?
The number of uncollectible receivables (bad debts) decreases and the precedent-setting sues have an incentive effect on non-paying debtors.

Export collection

What is included in this service?
Cooperation with our foreign partners operating in a spirit similar to ours (see above), offering complex, high-quality service, coordination and full control of the collection work.
Who we offer it to?
We offer this service to companies with foreign partners who want to reduce their foreign receivables but do not want to establish a separate infrastructure for this or to deal with lengthy and complex case management procedures.
What are the benefits?
The frontiers of the country shall not be an impediment in the collection procedure. The fact that the debtor is a foreigner shall not impede or make the collection of the claim impossible!
