A task of utmost importance our case managers are to fulfil is to offer a solution for the settlement of debt and to give detailed information to the debtors based whereupon the latter understand the reason for the emergence of the claim. Their willingness to cooperate achieved in this way will lead by a greater probability to the settlement of their debts. Our staff members are selected in a way to meet strict vocational and ethical expectations. We work only with people with excellent competences to carry on discussions by phone or personally and who absolutely meet our high standards. Recruiting and selection of our staff members is carried out in a multi-phase selection process. Those selected participate in a general training introducing them our business branch, then they shall be given specific training. Contracts shall be signed with those only, who achieve a 100% score in the tests of practice and theory. Employment shall be finalized and entered into for an indefinite term during a thorough practical training, therefore, it is important to stress, that the “human factor” has a very high share in our success.
